Free Trade in International Trade Law Perspective
The Discussion of free trade is akin to discussion its impact to Indonesia. This literature evoke the dynamics of free trade from demand of multilateral trade system into bargaining of a bilateral system that ends up only benefiting parties of the agreement and discarding external parties in process. This book provides fundamental theory for its reader regarding international trade law in Indonesia and displays comparison regarding dogmatic understanding or practice. In addition, the chapters of this book invite our logic to reconstruct free trade not as a thing to be feared by developing state, by as challenges worth learning and adapted with legal regulations so that we as societal part of the developing state may earn economic advantage of it.
